Privacy

Details.

Who operates Clawifi

Clawifi is operated by ReARC Labs. Privacy and account requests can be sent to [email protected].

Account and security data

We process email address, optional display name, password hash, verification state, plan, credit balance, and timestamps. Session, API-key, verification, and reset secrets are stored as hashes by the service.

Usage and agent workflow data

We may process request identifiers, target URLs or queries, operation inputs, timing, status, credit usage, job or monitor definitions, and generated artifacts to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and meter the service.

Browser storage

The site stores an essential session token in localStorage after signup, login, verification, or password reset. Public pages currently use no advertising cookies or non-essential analytics.

Payments and email

Stripe processes checkout, payment, customer, and subscription information. Resend processes email address, message content, and delivery metadata for verification, password reset, and billing messages.

Purposes and legal grounds

We use data to provide accounts and contracted services, secure the gateway, prevent abuse, support users, meter credits, process billing, and meet legal obligations. Applicable legal grounds depend on location and context.

Retention

We retain data only while needed for the service, security, billing, dispute handling, and legal obligations. Exact periods vary by record type and should be confirmed in the final retention schedule.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may remove the local session by signing out or clearing site data. Contact us to make a request.

Sharing, transfers, and security

We share data only with service providers and authorities when required. Providers may process data outside your country under their safeguards. We use access controls, secret hashing, and operational security measures, but no service can promise absolute security.
