Accounts and API keys
Provide accurate account information, protect session and API credentials, and promptly rotate exposed keys. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and credentials.
Allowed use
You may use Clawifi for lawful research, browsing, fetching, extraction, automation, monitoring, prototyping, and production agent workflows that respect third-party rights and rules.
Prohibited use
Do not use Clawifi for unlawful access, credential theft, malware, spam, fraud, harassment, privacy violations, access-control bypass, excessive disruption, or attempts to evade service limits.
Third-party sites and content
Clawifi can access third-party services and public web content. You are responsible for authority to access and use them, including their terms, robots policies, intellectual property, privacy, and data restrictions.
Credits, plans, and billing
Free and paid usage is measured in credits. Paid checkout is account-gated and processed by Stripe. Prices, included credits, renewal details, and plan-specific terms displayed at checkout control the purchase.
Availability and changes
Clawifi may change, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue capabilities for maintenance, security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Ownership and feedback
ReARC Labs and its licensors retain rights in Clawifi, its software, brand, and documentation. You retain rights in your inputs and lawful outputs. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, payment failure, or harm to Clawifi or others. You may stop using the service and request account closure.
Disclaimers and liability
Clawifi is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Web results can be incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate; verify important outputs. Mandatory legal rights are not excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after an effective update indicates acceptance where permitted. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
